Welcome to The Hooray Store website terms and conditions. These terms do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act, but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures of how we operate.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order signifies that you agree to our terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use or access this website. The Hooray Store reserves the right at any time to amend or update these terms and conditions, your continued use of our site will signify your acceptance of these changes.

Once payment has been received by us, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check the confirmation email and notify us straight away of any errors by email email@example.com.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices are quoted in ‘British pounds sterling’ and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter and amend prices at any time. You may be required to pay delivery charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery service. Please follow the link to see our full Delivery Terms.
Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please be aware that the actual colour you see on the screen may differ slightly to those of your ordered products.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you placed your order, providing your goods have not already been dispatched. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited. If the goods have been dispatched then please follow our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the order between us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. We do not deliver to your area. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
The Hooray Store has no liability for items ordered that a customer no longer requires. Once an order has been processed the customer is liable to purchase the items. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question (minus any delivery charge). We shall not be liable for any defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or default by you or any third party. If you do not receive the goods you ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our directors, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of terms by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
RISK & RETENTION OF TITLE
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
Goods shall remain the property of The Hooray Store until payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment we reserve the right to reclaim the goods concerned. Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by The Hooray Store.
This website is owned and operated by The Hooray Store. All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written copy and other materials on our website are copyrighted including any related software, catalogues, advertising or images. All worldwide rights are reserved. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission of The Hooray Store.
